I love Charleston!

Charleston was so much fun this weekend. The wedding was beautiful and full of Charleston touches..... White Point Gardens, trollies, shrimp 'n grits, a horse and carriage, and handcrafted sweetgrass baskets as favors. On Sunday Aaron and I were able to spend some time around the city, which is always a blast. We started with brunch at Poogan's Porch, and their biscuits were some of the best biscuits ever. We then spent some time walking and relaxing on the swings at the park. We went on a horse and carriage ride to learn more facts about the city and then finished the evening having dinner with our friends, Meggan and Dane, at Coast. It was a wonderful weekend!

Yummy shrimp 'n grits for brunch...

I think Charleston is one of those places that you could go over and over and still learn and see more every time. There is so much to see and so much history there. I'm glad you guys actually had some down time while you were there. It's nice to get a chance to breathe every now and then, or so I've heard! ;)

The pictures from the Coast turned out great! We had so much fun hanging out with ya'll! Maybe we can do it again when the busy wedding season is over!
